Théo Luhaka, a 22 young old French, whose parents are originally from Democratic Republic of the Congo, was severely wounded in the rectum by four policemen during a brutal identity control on February 2 at Aulnay-Sous-Bois, in Paris suburbs. The policemen under investigation rejected the rape and suggested the baton slipped by accident. Strong protests followed the next weeks in Paris and Bobigny to report police brutality.
