Mosul, Iraq. January 2017 

The Iraqi army announced the liberation of East-Mosul on Jan. 18, 2017, three months after the beginning of the offensive. The stigmata of war are deep before rebuilding the city captured by ISIS on June 2014 and the confidence of its inhabitants.
